51 025.jpg Our hostess told us that we have the luck On Sunday of going to the regional Vendemia, the annual "bringing in the grapes festival." It was in the small town of Navaridas, just large enough for 5,000 people to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with a glass of wine. You come in, buy a crystal wine glass, with tickets for 5 glasses of wine, and walk through the thronged streets to each bodega's booth to get a fill-up, and stop for snacks. We partied with the locals all afternoon.
